Oil trading hub in Kochi

The Cochin Port Trust has invited expressions of interest (EoI) for setting up an export-oriented oil refinery for the proposed outer harbour project in Kochi. The project has been recommended by iMaritime Consultancy as technically and financially feasible.They have identified export-oriented refinery unit, oil trading hub, offshore rig fabrication facility, free trade warehousing zone, and ultra mega power plant as areas of investments.
