The Indian Railways has identified six sections for high speed and semi-high speed corridors, which include the Delhi-Noida-Agra-Lucknow-Varanasi and the Delhi-Jaipur-Udaipur-Ahmedabad sections. The new corridors will join the under-construction Mumbai-Ahmedabad high-speed route.
