Uttar Pradesh Cabinet approves JV for Jewar Airport

The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved the formation of a JVC to build a proposed airport at Jewar. While the state government and Noida Authority will have 37.5 per cent stake each in the company, GNIDA and YEIDA will have 12.5 per cent each. The Cabinet has approved the incorporation of a JV company between the three authorities and state government.
