Work Lucknow ORR to begin in January

The outer ring road project in Lucknow will begin in January 2017. The 95-km-long project will be built by NHAI and is aimed at decongesting the growing traffic problems in the city. A two year timeline has been fixed for completion of the project and has been distributed in four phases. Of these, work on the first two phases would begin in January.
