Tata Value Homes, a subsidiary of Tata Housing will pump in Rs 600 crore at its project Eureka Park, Noida, where it will concentrate on 3BHK apartments that have smart facilities and a people-centric lifestyle to improve the livability quotient of homebuyers.
The towers will include about 650 flats of 3BHK that will meet the present and future demand of the homebuyers in the NCR area. The first phase of the project rolled out observed rapid sales, with over 850 flats being sold within 2 years of the project launch. Managing Director and CEO Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, Sanjay Dutt, told the media that they would be funding about Rs 600 crore for the expansion of this phase. At Tata Realty, they look forward to addressing the demand for homes with their landmark properties that generate a class apart experience for their residents. With new-age home buyers choosing larger spaces to accommodate several day-to-day activities to keep a check on health and wellness, there is an increase in demand for 2 BHK and 3 BHK units across the nation. Sector 150, Noida being the sports city with a core focus on wellness, health and sports facilities in residential complexes, the demand for 3 BHKs in the area is at its peak. Apart from contemporary facilities like kids play area, open seating area, multipurpose open lawn, basketball court, international-sized tennis courts, as a part of sports facility in the Eureka Park Project, the project will additionally have app-controlled automation to control smart home appliances, Keyless home entry via passcode at an additional price, Gazebos with Wi-Fi access along with RFID assisted parking among others. The traction garnered via Phase 1 of the project has inspired them to generate people-centric developments.
