Apco secures contracts worth $500 million in a single day

Apco Infratech, one of India's fastest growing mid-sized infrastructure conglomerates with extensive experience in highways, power generation, tunnels, irrigation/canal, metro rail, and urban infrastructure, is currently managing a large number of road projects across the country.

On July 29, Apco was awarded an EPC contract for the development of a 6-lane AC highway from Ranipur Barsi Saharanpur Dist to Adhoya Musalmana Ambala Dist, Shamli Ambala in Haryana. The National Highway Authority of India has proposed the project at a cost of $ 108.29 million.

Along with this, Apco also placed an L-1 bid for the Bharatmala Pariyojna project in Uttar Pradesh and Haryana to build greenfield connectivity to Jewar International Airport from DND Faridabad, Ballabgarh Bypass, and KMP connecting spur to the Delhi-Mumbai expressway.

The project, based on the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM), is worth nearly $190.12 million with a completion deadline of 2 years.

Apco has also been awarded as the L-1 bidder for the development of a 4-6 lane AC expressway from Kunhwani to Sidhra section of NH-44 to Katra section under the Bharatmala Pariyojna.

This HAM-based project is worth almost $196.29 million, which is -0.62 less than the proposed tender price.

With the contracts for these projects being awarded, Apco has been awarded contracts worth nearly USD 500 million in a single day.
