In Chennai's Oragadam Junction micromarket, Godrej Properties, the Godrej Group's real estate development division, has purchased a 60-acre land piece outright.
The company intends to create a residential planned project on the mentioned land tract, with a development potential of 1.6 million square feet of marketable space.
The land is conveniently situated off Oragadam Junction (on the 6-lane SH-48) between the Grand South Trunk Route (GST road) and the NH-4, with access to other areas of the city via the Chennai Bypass Road, Chennai Tiruvallur High Road, and Red Hills Road.
