A flexible-space provider, IndiQube has signed up a 30,000 sq ft workspace in the micro-market of Chennai's Guindy.
The center is a standalone property with a capability of 600 seats. This property is a smart green building powered by MiQube, a proprietary technology platform of IndiQube, with on-demand solutions for hot-desking, personalised employee services, utility management, and buyer to buyer (B2B) services.
This is the second property of IndiQube in Chennai and the first property in Guindy. IndiQube intends to expand its footprint in other micro-markets of Chennai further.
The firm has observed a lot of demand for shared and flexible workspace from existing and new clients for the last few months, and our continued growth despite the Covid-19 pandemic is a testimonial to our robust business model and facilities, said Rishi Das, Cofounder - IndiQube.
He said that the company is very determined to offer clients in Chennai a safe and productive work environment where they are inspired.
The firm is also providing design, manage and build solutions for occupier-leased or owned properties for new and existing offices leveraging MiQube.
The growth of IndiQube has been driven by the rising demand for workspaces as companies and professionals resume to look out for collaborative, convenient, and inspiring office spaces closer to their homes.
The firm has operational space over 3.5 mn sq ft over 50 locations across six cities and a total of 3.5 mn sq ft.
