Tata Realty launches ‘Carnatica’ mega city in North Bengaluru

Tata Housing, a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, launched their pre-engineered plots for the first time named ‘Swaram’, which will be located in the heart of their upcoming megacity- Carnatica. The megacity is inspired by Carnatic music.

The mega-development project in North Bengaluru, Carnatica combines everything harmoniously in its plan to create a city in sync.

The mega-development project is located in Devanahalli, which is just 15 mins away from the Kempegowda International Airport, in Bangalore. The project has pre-engineered plots having wide roads and energy-efficient street lighting. The mixed-use development will be established around the three main themes of sustainability, technology, and social.

Tata Realty and Infrastructure CEO & MD Sanjay Dutt told the media that they are driven by Innovation and are sprinting towards creating properties offering greater value to the evolving needs of home buyers of the new age. Carnatica is among their biggest projects in Bengaluru and that will redefine the new-age home buyer’s demand in the region. North Bengaluru remains a hotbed of development, especially after the 2014 expansion of Kannur International Airport Ltd (KIAL). The launch of Swaram as Carnatica’s first phase will further increase the value of the real estate in North Bengaluru.

Tata Realty and Infrastructure senior VP & business head, south India, Pramod Bisht said that Bengaluru has a large millennial market that is untapped that is driven by Return on investment (RoI) oriented approach, particularly in emerging markets such as North Bengaluru.
