UltraTech Cement to begin work on capacity expansion in 2021

UltraTech Cement is planning to expand its cement capacity from 9 mn tpa to 14 mn tpa in the Anantapur district and Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.
The project, worth Rs.12.50 bn, will include expansion of clinker capacity and waste heat recovery power plant capacity. Work is expected to commence by
February 2021.
