Birla Corporation inaugurates Mukutban integrated cement plant in Maharashtra

Birla Corporation, the flagship company of the MP Birla Group has inaugurated its 3.9 million tonne (mt) Mukutban integrated cement plant in Maharashtra. The plant is set up at an investment of  Rs.27.44 bn – the company's largest greenfield investment – taking its cement business to 20 mt annually. This will be the group's fourth integrated cement unit and the biggest single line/kiln cement plant in Maharashtra, by capacity. 

The plant of RCCPL, wholly-owned subsidiary of Birla Corp, is going to be one of the most advanced cement factories in India.
