New milestone

PEBS Pennar has accomplished a significant milestone with the erection of India's largest clear span pre-engineered building. With almost 100 m clear span, the project posed an engineering challenge both in terms of building design, manufacture and installation.

Challenges gallore

With no existing structure to refer the team had to rely on experience and technical expertise. Designing such a huge structure to provide stability with collateral load of dust from the existing unit, wind speed and seismic load was a big challenge.

Since such structures cannot be transported as a single unit and welding at the site was not an option. The need to complete the project on time further intensified the challenges on the project. The company successfully combated all these challenges showcasing its inherent strength, confidence and technical expertise.
