Jaypee India plans to showcase its product range at EXCON 2011.
Jaypee India, a leading construction equipment manufacturer will showcase its best range of rebar processing equipment at Excon 2011. The range comprises bar bending and bar cutting machines.
At EXCON
Jaypee India’s main objective at EXCON is to showcase its advanced and innovative technology in rebar processing equipment. The company’s international partner, KRB Machinery will display the advanced version of the auto stirrup bender, Multiform 1016 at the event.
Equipment exhibits
Radius bending machine: Jaymac heavy-duty radius bar bending machine is an efficient and quick bender used to make circular rings. It has a radius of up to 35 mm rebar, which it can form without prebending bars; comes with a standard two-speed drive motor; and adheres to all safety requirements.
Bar shearing machine: Also known as the bar cutting machine, this shearing machine is robustly built to withstand stress while shearing rebars and various forms of steel bars. It is durable, fast and easy to use with perfect cutting accuracy, thus minimising the use of labour and a lengthy process for single cuts.
Bar bending machine: Jaymac bar bending machine is a semi automatic, durable and cost effective machine used for bending reinforcement and round bars. It effectively increases the production capacity of the steel yard, minimising the need for labour. Its automatic angle selection permits a precise bend at a preset angle making it
a one step bending process for various forms of bends and stirrups.
