1. As one of the leaders in your segment, what’s your perspective on the trending demands by the architect and builder fraternity?

As we all know that architects play a vital role in the decision making process of any building material selection and nowadays some architectural firms also work on turn-key basis (with material). In that case, the pricing part is also managed by them. While, in case of a builder, they look to associate their projects with brands which may influence consumers who are willing to buy a property.  We are expecting a huge infrastructure growth which will be influenced by the architect and the builder fraternity.

2. Tell us about any recent innovation and technical upgradation adopted by Moira Sariya to ensure sustainability in building solutions.

As a company, we believe in always pushing our limits beyond benchmarks for redefining the definitions of innovation, quality and customer service. The latest upgradation by Moira Sariya is the CRS (Corrosion Resistance Steel) quality along with Fe550 grade which gives longer life to any type of construction because of its excellent ability to resist corrosion.

3. What is the USP of your product range?

The main USP of Moira Sariya is the unmatched quality. Due to this fact, we are able to gain valuable trust from our stakeholders and users. Also, we can proudly say that Moira Sariya is the only company in India which manufactures 100 per cent CRS Steel.

4. How does the German CRS technology help in strengthening the Moira TMT bars?

The latest German CRS technology is a process which involves subjecting the bars to temperatures as high as 1,100 degree Celsius, then passing them through rolling mills and high pressure water which keeps the bars cool outside and the core heated on the inside due to the thermal exchange. As a result, the finished product has a soft inner core and a tough outer core.

There is a balanced mixture of three main additional elements: copper for better resistance to atmospheric conditions, chrome for increased hardening ability and corrosion resistance, and nickel for improved ductility, enhanced welding ability, and strength and toughness. This helps in providing an added strength to the steel and gives your constructed structure a strong and double life.

5. What are the ranges available to your users?

Moira Sariya an expansive range for grades of steel. We produce Fe550, Fe500D, Fe550D, Fe600 in diameters of 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 32 mm, 36 mm and 40 mm. These grades are equipped to fulfill the demands of every construction type.
