An inbuilt inverter motion system can adjust different speeds with progressive control of acceleration and deceleration during braking. High-speed doors also reduce the potential for accidents by material handling equipment. The door’s opening speed is 2.5 m/s and closing speed is 0.5 m/s.
Prime Metallic doors include double-skinned aluminium alloy, anodised with 40 mm polyurethane foam insulation. It is designed to provide sturdiness when closed and also gives better separation between different working areas, characterised by a thermal intensity or intended for different uses. The door reduces leakage of heat and air, providing thermal insulation.
