Alakesh Roy, CEO, Reliance Innovative Building Solutions (RIBS) - a JV between Reliance Industries and Syntheon Inc (NOVA Chemicals, USA), has been instrumental in introducing a series of new and innovative building products and solutions under the RIBCORE™ brand. These state-of-the-art steel embedded EPS (expanded polystyrene) insulated panels and formwork, function within the building envelope to transform prevailing construction systems into lightweight green structures. Roy started his professional career with Tata Motors and has over 25 years of experience across various industry segments. Prior to joining RIBS in January 2011, he also worked with Exide Industries and Kirby Building Systems.
