Delhi based Ashiana Housing has become the only Indian real estate company to figure in ‘Asia’s Best Under a Billion’ list of companies compiled by the Forbes magazine for 2011. Amongst the 200 companies listed by the magazine, 35 are from India. The Forbes’ list highlights the 200 top performing small and midsize enterprises with revenues under $1 bn, from close to 15,000 publicly listed Asia Pacific companies with actively traded shares and sales between $5 mn and $1 bn.
