Founded by Adithya, Vidyashankar and Parivarthan, deep tech start-up Tvasta Manufacturing Solutions, after having developed the country’s first 3D-printed house, has now developed doffing units with the same technology to protect frontline health care workers, in collaboration with Saint-Gobain. The doffing unit will support frontline health workers more effectively in their self sanitisation processes. The walls of the unit are printed to ensure they are thermally insulated to reduce the heat ingress. Spread across 150 sq ft, the unit is designed using advanced concrete
3D printing technology that saves time, energy, and cost. Tvasta is an IIT-Madras alumni startup that has also developed India's first 3D-printed house installed at the institute's campus in Chennai. With each passing day in the enticing construction field, Adithya, Vidyashankar and Parivarthan believe their small team can make big changes. Indeed!
