Its execution time for KP Maheshwari, CEO, Road Business, Adani Enterprises (AEL), and his team as the company’s enterprises achieves the financial closure for the access-controlled six-lane greenfield Ganga Expressway Project (Group-II, III & IV). India’s longest expressway in Uttar Pradesh to be implemented on a DBFOT basis, the Ganga Expressway has secured Rs 102.3 billion in finances from lenders. The project has been acquired on DBFOT (Toll) basis under PPP mode with a concession period of 30 years. Of its 594-km length, AEL will build 464 km from Budaun to Prayagraj, which comprises 80 per cent of the expressway project.
