Adani Transmission sells 25.1 per cent stake in arm AEML to QIA for Rs.32.20 bn

Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) has completed acquisition of 25.10 per cent stake in Adani Electricity Mumbai (AEML) from Adani Transmission (ATL). The total QIA investment in AEML is approximately Rs.32.20 bn, which includes equity consideration of Rs.12.10 bn and shareholder subordinated debt of Rs.20.10 bn.
