Coal India invites bids for 100 MW solar power plant

Coal India has issued tenders for developers to set up a 100-MW solar power plant in solar power developer and operator mode in Chhattisgarh. The invitation of bids is part of the coal mining company’s plan to emerge as the sole entity which is responsible for generating its own green power – a net-zero energy venture.
