Plans to revive 10,000 MW of stressed power plants

The government will reportedly put 10,000 MW of stressed power assets on track through auctions, starting with 5,000 MW of power purchase contracts. The auction for another round of the same size with attached coal supplies is likely to be kicked off as well.
