Power line to run from Karnataka to Goa

A 400-kV power transmission line from Karnataka to Goa is reportedly on the cards for power evacuation from generation projects located at Rajgarh, Tamnar, in Chhattisgarh. The line is expected to be implemented by Goa Tamnar Transmission Project at Rs 2.65 bn, and will span the three districts of Uttara Kannada, Karnataka and Goa.
