Archimedes to build wind turbine unit in Hyderabad

Hyderabad-based Archimedes Green Energy has drawn up plans to build a wind turbine manufacturing facility near Medchal, Hyderabad. This facility will produce 600 and 1,000 units of energy per month. According to Suryaprakash Gajjala, CEO, Archimedes, these turbines will be smaller in size and can be installed on roofs. They will install approximately 20 wind turbines in public areas to showcase its use, and also to partially meet energy needs. It is currently producing them in a leased facility. The company has about 20 demonstration projects in various locations.
