Tender issued for 1 MW ground-mounted solar project in Haryana

The Military Engineering Services has floated a tender for a 1 MW ground-mounted solar power project at Hisar, Haryana. The estimated cost of the project is 

Rs.60 mn ($823,478). Interested bidders are expected to make an earnest money deposit of Rs.625,000. The last date for submitting bids is March 15. The scope of work includes taking care of the external electrification to all the required buildings, testing, commissioning, and other related work for the entire completion 

of the system, as well as comprehensive operations and maintenance services for the project for five years. The project is to be executed in two phases. The first phase must be completed within one year, and the second phase within five years from the projects’ date of award.
