Clearance of NH projects from PPP Appraisal Committee

The Cabinet Committee for Economic Affairs (CCEA) has delegated power to MoRTH and NHAI for appraisal and approval of NH projects under EPC and PPP modes of execution. But projects envisaged on BOT (Annuity) and HAM costing over Rs.20 bn (excluding land cost) will require appraisal by the PPP Appraisal Committee (PPPAC).
