The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will be presenting the Master Plan for Delhi 2041. The draft consists of an all encompassing future ready capital with a vibrant nightlife. The key focus is on affordable housing for working students, women and migrants, economy and sustainability. In the next 20 years, it also sees the private sector driving the housing supply situation. The land development agency would serve as a facilitator, assuring ease of doing business while preserving a regulated environment. The draft also emphasises on the addressal of chronic air and noise pollution.
