Government approves 12 projects worth Rs.1.94 bn

Under the Central Road and Infrastructure Fund (CRIF) scheme, the Central Government has approved 12 projects worth Rs.1.94 bn for Himachal Pradesh. The projects include a Rs.166.2 mn bridge across Markanda river in Sirmaur, a Rs.228.2 mn bridge across Beas at Kothipattan in Mandi, a Rs.100.7 mn bridge across Markanda river on Moginand-Suketi road in Sirmaur. The government aims to build a steel bridge in Shimla district for Rs.83.7 mn and a bridge across Sarotha Nallah on Chamba Sahoo Kiri road in Chamba district for Rs.48 mn.
