New industrial estate to come up in Mohali

The Punjab government has allowed setting up of a new industrial estate in Mohali — in two phases — and has also allowed affordable housing colonies in New Chandigarh. The industrial estate in Mohali will span over 530-acre and will be developed by Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (Gmada). Another 250-acre is being allowed to be developed by private players.
