Tender launched for constructing two bridges on Jhansi-Manikpur section

The North Central Railway has floated a tender for construction of two bridges on the Jhansi-Manikpur section in Uttar Pradesh. The scope of work involves construction of two important bridges at Betwa river and Dhasan river and two other major bridges in connection with doubling of the Jhansi-Manikpur section. The work is expected to cost of about $19 mn and be completed in 36 months. The NCR is one of the 17 Railway Zones in India and spreads across three divisions – Allahabad, Jhansi and Agra.
