Arihant Superstructure reportedly plans to invest Rs 4,000 crore in the next seven years to develop affordable housing in Mumbai and Jodhpur. As per reports, the company will focus extensively on Rajasthan and the MMR region as both these states have extensive housing needs.
The company is expected to fund its projects through a mix of internal accrual and debts, and is reportedly expecting a project realisation of Rs 6,000 crore. According to reports, the company achieved a turnover of Rs 186 crore last fiscal.
