Realty developer Avighna Group is reportedly in advanced talks with HBS Realtors to enter into an agreement to jointly develop a
Rs.18 bn residential project in Mumbai. The project in Worli, to be spread over 3.4 acre, is estimated to have a total development potential of 0.72 mn sq ft.
