Blackstone, K Raheja Corp to launch Rs.30 bn REIT

Real estate developer K Raheja Corp and US PE firm Blackstone Group will reportedly offer to sell more than Rs.20 bn of their stake in Mindspace Business Parks REIT in its IPO, which will take the total issue size to over Rs.30 bn. Mindspace Business Parks REIT has filed the draft IPO papers with markets regulator SEBI.
