Mediterranean villa project Casa Grande has announced the launch of Casa Grande Pallagio, the first-of-its-kind Mediterranean villa project at Thoraipakkam in Chennai. The project will be the only villa project within the city encompassing 89 villas spread over 6 acre. The thematic villas designed on a two storey structure is planned for open spaces and to provide a luxurious ambience. The villas will be developed on a land area of 2,100 sq ft and built-up area of 2,700 sq ft onwards with four bedrooms, two family rooms, a private landscape garden overlooking the living and dining area along with a private terrace space.
