The Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) will be constructing green buildings at Ambalanagar, for which the state government has earmarked Rs 2 crore. Mean-while, KSHB expects to complete its two ongoing projects in Thiruvananthapuram in a time-bound manner. The housing board will build 24 flats in the second phase of the innovative housing scheme at Poojappura, which is scheduled for completion by January 2012.
