Marathon Group to invest over Rs.4.25 bn for Phase-2 of its Panvel project

Marathon Group is planning an investment of over Rs.4.25 bn to develop its residential project, Marathon NexZone-II in Panvel, Maharashtra. This is the second phase of the total 26-acre project. The company is reportedly looking to finance the same through internal accruals, customer advances and construction finance. Phase-2 will have four towers of 33-storeys each with 20,000 sq ft of retail space.
