Motilal Oswal Real Estate announces final close for fourth realty fund

Motilal Oswal Real Estate (MORE) has announced final close of the India Realty Excellence Fund IV (IREF IV), its fourth real estate fund. The Fund has received commitments aggregating Rs11.50 bn. The cumulative AUM under MORE now stands at over Rs.36 bn.
