Sunteck Realty announces Q4 and FY19-20 operational updates

Mumbai-based realtor Sunteck Realty has announced its Q4 and FY19-20 operational updates. The company saw a substantial growth in pre-sales for FY2020 at Rs.12.21 bn; during Q4 FY20 it was up by 110 per cent YoY and by 87 per cent QoQ at Rs6.08 bn. Collections also grew at 8 per cent YoY to Rs.7.15 bn for FY2020; while on a QoQ basis, they grew by 6 per cent to Rs1.75 bn.
