Hines & Conscient unveil Phase-II of premium residential project Elevate

Hines, the international real estate firm and Conscient Infrastructure have launched a joint residential development, Phase-II of Elevate. 

The project will offer 248 apartments. The apartments have premium specifications and have been designed to offer a luxury lifestyle. The total cost involved on this project is Rs.15 bn, of which approximately Rs.8 bn has been spent on Phase-I and approximately Rs.7 bn is dedicated to Phase-II. The premium project is Hines’s first residential venture in India.
