Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee Group) has entered into a joint development agreement with Raj Doshi Exports for developing a project on the land measuring approximately 6,067.96 sq m in Mahim, Mumba. Boman Irani, chairman and managing director of the company said that the agreement aligns with the firm’s expansion strategy to enter one of the growing micro markets in the city. The development being undertaken will lead to a sale potential of approximately 2,85,000 sq ft of carpet area. The project is expected to be launched in CY 2023.
