Pune-based real estate developers, Kolte-Patil Developers signed two new projects with a combined saleable area of 13 lakh sq ft under the development management model. The cost of the project will be borne by respective projects and the company will collaborate with landowners to oversee the projects from design to handover. The projects are located with multiple schools, hospitals, retail and residential spaces in proximity. Earlier this year, Kolte-Patil had also signed three new projects with a combined saleable area of 22 lakh sq ft under capital-light models.
