Macrotech gets approval to develop a township near Navi Mumbai

According to an official document issued by the office of the district collector of Thane, Macrotech Developers has received approval for the development of an integrated township spread over 1,200 acre near Navi Mumbai. 

The project will be a part of 4,500 acre Palava City. It will have a potential developable area of nearly 120 mn sq ft. Reportedly, this will be the largest integrated township in the country that will focus on the affordable and mid-income housing segment. 

The company recently received approval for a new industrial park of 250 acre in Palava City near Taloja and the upcoming Navi Mumbai airport. It has also entered into a joint venture with Hongkong stock exchange-listed ESR Group and Morgan Stanley Group for its industrial parks.
