In the largest land deal in the country in 2020, city-based Rajapushpa Properties has paid Rs.8 bn to acquire 25-acre with a tag-along joint development agreement in the Telangana capital of Hyderabad. The land, located on the Outer Ring Road, will be used for a high-rise residential project. The builder has bought 18-acre through direct purchase for Rs.5.5 bn and economic interest under joint development worth another Rs.2.5 bn. The project will be launched next month and will comprise 2 BHK and 3 BHK units of between 1,370 and 2,680 sq ft each. The company has a land bank of over 30 in the IT corridor of Kokapet and will also develop office space.
