The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for leasing out a 29,065 sq m land parcel at Sirsa, Haryana, in the Bikaner division of railways for residential development. The proposed land parcel is located near the railway colony and will be leased out for 99 years. The reserve price of the land is approximately Rs.284 mn. The last date for submission of e-bids is October 7.
