ICCC to be set up in Bengaluru

An integrated command and control centre (ICCC) will be set up by Bengaluru Smart City, to enable Bengalureans to raise grievances related to six civic agencies.
The centre will cover over 18,000 sq ft area inside BBMP’s headquarters. It will be part of an integrated grievance management system.
