March 31 deadline for Cochin to wrap up tender proceedings

The Kerala Government has instructed Cochin Smart City Mission (CSML), the SPV company, to complete the proceedings for tendering all the projects under the Smart Cities scheme before March 31. However, of 45 projects under the Smart Cities mission, no projects have been completed so far.
