Mangaluru plans development of 12-km long bicycle lane

The city is gearing up for the upcoming cycle4change rally and is planning to develop exclusive bicycle lanes where only bicycles can tread. The project will cost around Rs.80 mn. The 12-km long route that has been identified for developing as a bicycle lane. The detailed project report (DPR) in this connection has been submitted to the Smart City Project. Bicycle docking station will also be built. The tourists can take the bicycles and move on the riverfront road lane after project materialises.
