Adani-Bidvest MIAL share agreement deadline extended

In a bid to acquire Bidvest’s 13.5 per cent in Mumbai International Airport, Adani Group has entered into a share purchase agreement with the company and has now secured its claim over the shares following an extension of the payment of purchase amount deadline from September 30 to November 7. The shares will be transferred on payment of 1Rs.2.48 bn to Bidvest.
