Adanis' Rs.6.5 bn offer for Dighi Port gets NCLT nod

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved a Rs.6.50-bn resolution plan submitted by Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone for the debt-ridden Dighi Portsouth of Mumbai. The resolution comes with a huge 79.2 per cent haircut for the lenders, as they had made a claim of Rs.30.98 bn.
