Airport development plan curtailed

Mihan India Ltd (MIL) is looking for private investment to develop Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Airport in Nagpur. With the priority is to set up the city´s infrastructure, the plan is to develop the Rs 1,500 crore project in phases. In an effort to curtail costs, the investor is likely to be asked to start with only the second runway, a new terminal building and parking bay along with the basic necessities to modernise the airport.
